Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation
Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTE Corporation) is an early-stage, private, renewable power generation company with offices in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Honolulu, Hawaii. OTE’s wholly owned subsidiary was incorporated in 1998. OTE’s technologies are environmentally beneficial and provide a number of humanitarian benefits. OTE’s Seawater District Cooling (SDC) applications can reduce the energy consumption of a traditional air-conditioning system by as much as 90%. With the price of oil steadily rising, OTE’s Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) technology is a technically and economically feasible way to generate sustainable base-load electricity by converting power from the natural temperature gradient of the ocean. Both technologies offer a readily available and plentiful supply of potable water and opportunities for sustainable food production. Our Company made a significant investment from our Venture Fund and assisted the Management Team with structure and direction.

Caspian International Oil Company
Caspian International Oil Company - an established oil exploration and Production Company with 600 employees worldwide. Our Principal served as Executive Vice Chairman of this company and helped with establishing the US presence including managing the reverse merger and the appointment of the Company President and Principal Financial Officer. Our firm developed an effective marketing and public relations campaign that introduced The Chairman, President and Management of Caspian Oil to the US and European Financial Markets.

The PhotoScreener
The PhotoScreener – Pursuant to a technology transfer agreement, our Principal managed the acquisition of the rights for a patented microprocessor-controlled camera system that easily identifies in young, preverbal or difficult to screen children possible serious eye problems earlier than ever before. We developed strategies and plans that located the seed, growth and mezzanine funding from private, institutional and government sources. We managed and built this medical device company from concept to marketing and addressed all research, development and marketing activities through to national recognition. We successfully took the Company public providing the initial investors with a 500% return on their original investment. Finally, the rights to the product were sold in an exclusive agreement successfully negotiated with an International Eye Care company.

Online LinkUp - an Internet Media company with a focused vision: to connect people and create markets. We created and built a new company to develop and launch hundreds of social and business networking website system (patent pending). We developed the business model, built the product, recruited technical, sales and administrative staff and arranged for seed capital from our own private sources and angel investors. Finally, we negotiated joint ventures with technical and business partners.
