The PhotoScreener
The PhotoScreener – Pursuant to a technology transfer agreement, our Principal managed the acquisition of the rights for a patented microprocessor-controlled camera system that easily identifies in young, preverbal or difficult to screen children possible serious eye problems earlier than ever before. We developed strategies and plans that located the seed, growth and mezzanine funding from private, institutional and government sources. We managed and built this medical device company from concept to marketing and addressed all research, development and marketing activities through to national recognition. We successfully took the Company public providing the initial investors with a 500% return on their original investment. Finally, the rights to the product were sold in an exclusive agreement successfully negotiated with an International Eye Care company.
