In both a traditional and non-traditional manner, Jeremy P. Feakins develops and implements business and financing strategies, sales and marketing tactics. In a nutshell, we help company's access venture capital from our own Fund and European and US Sources so they can bring products to market or expand existing plans. The firm leverages its relationships with organizations in both the European Union and the USA including investment banks, government communities and with senior executives in the US and International business environment. Specifically, we can:
- Advise companies and provide them with hands-on assistance with public listing strategies in the USA and/or the UK (London Stock Exchange, AIM, PLUS listing)
- Assist public companies develop an effective financial public relations campaign through an extensive network of industry specific PR consultants that specialize in helping us profile our clients in the mainstream media. The process includes appraisal of our client’s positioning within their industry and larger market as a whole. We prepare the company and its management for an effective media campaign.
- Help develop the business plan and advise on likely funding sources including venture capital, grants, loans, equity investments, etc.
- Help identify customers that might benefit from our clients product (business, consumer and government opportunities)
- Provide guidance on developing a go-to-market strategy to approach specific communities
- Assist with general messaging to illustrate differentiators
- Make introductions to personal contacts in the European Union, UK and US Government (Federal, State and Local) as well as persons that support or interact with specific Government departments
- Assist with making referrals to subject matter experts who can support the business model
- Advise on research, development and manufacturing activities through to national recognition
- Direct market research prior to funding request or product release (academic and consumer focus groups, professional literature review, beta trials and testing, clinical/industry studies, etc.)
